WHY THIS SOAPTruly fragrance-free, and specific about what that means.
01No fragrance of any kind
No synthetic fragrance, no essential oils, and no masking agents. Most soaps labelled unscented still contain something to cover the base smell of the formula. This one does not.
02Every ingredient named
The full declaration is on this page, and each ingredient has a plain-language explanation of why it is in the formula. Nothing is grouped, abbreviated, or left off.
03A unique formulation
Sugar-derived stabilizers, coconut and guar-bean cleansers, and humectants that leave skin conditioned rather than stripped. Ten ingredients, each doing a job.

FROM THE FOUNDERI spent years reading the small print on soap bottles before I made one myself.
I have a fragrance sensitivity, and for most of my adult life the products marketed to people like me were either clinical, or quietly scented anyway. Unscented usually means a masking agent was added. That was the thing I could not get past.
So I worked with cosmetic chemists until I had something I would actually keep by my own sink: no fragrance of any kind, formulated to EU ingredient standards, and short enough that I could explain every ingredient in it.
If you have been failed by this category before, I think you will find this one different. And if you want to know why something is in the bottle, the answer is on the site.

~CAROLINEMy husband and I love it! It is so soft and emollient. As a hair stylist who always her hands in harsh chemicals , scents, etc, it is so nice. I think chefs would love this soap. So easy on hands and no scent.

Yes. There is no synthetic fragrance, no essential oils, and no masking agents in the formula. Products labelled unscented often contain a masking agent to cover the base smell of the ingredients. Please note that the soap may still have a slight odor (not fragrance) from the inherent smell of the ingredients.

The formula was developed for people with fragrance and chemical sensitivities, and it is formulated to EU ingredient standards, which means it contains no EU-banned ingredients. That said, sensitivities are individual. The full ingredient list is on this page so you can check it against anything you know you react to.

Because it's the stricter standard, and we'd rather build to that than the minimum. EU Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 restricts or bans over 1,600 substances in cosmetics — compared to roughly a dozen the FDA currently prohibits outright. For a brand built specifically for people managing sensitivities and fragrance reactions, we didn't think "technically legal in the US" was a high enough bar. So every ingredient in this formula is evaluated against both frameworks, and we hold ourselves to whichever standard is more protective.
