For most people who avoid fragrance, out of necessity or by choice, the options have been thin — clinical, joyless, or something you'd never want left out on the counter. The unspoken message has always been that safety and beauty are a trade-off.
We don’t think that’s true. We built this brand to prove it.

I have a fragrance sensitivity of my own, and for years the products marketed to people like me were either clinical or quietly scented anyway. I'm a UX researcher by training, so my first instinct was to go read the actual regulations. What I found was that the labeling standard is doing almost none of the work people assume it is.
So I worked with a formulator to build something I'd actually keep by my own sink: no fragrance of any kind, formulated to EU ingredient standards, and short enough that I can explain every single ingredient in it.
